Complications: One case of capsule retention in a person with small bowel malignancy.

Lifetime number of lower GI colonoscopy (carried out or supervised) is over 10.000. Consistently achieving caecal intubation rates well over 90% of cases.
Complications: Three perforations requiring surgery in the last 19 years.
